Thanks Meg, you just answered my question! I would really prefer to download a copy too because I hate sitting at the PC to crochet and my printer broke :( I don't think I will be subscribing until this is an option, which is a shame because there are some lovely patterns.

In case anyone else is wondering:
I have discovered that you can download an offline copy of the magazine, but you need to view it through Yudu's own software. It would have been better as a .pdf, imo, but better than nothing. You can also print out 15 pages at a time, plenty for the odd pattern. :)
